Paleo Food Shopping

While the essentials of the Paleo diet are easily found in high street shops, supermarkets and food specialists, some Paleo ingredients  you’ll see in recipes can be more of a challenge to find. However, the internet makes eating Paleo super easy – you can find anything with a little leg work! Here are my favourites: Asian food specialist. Great for cheap non-organic 1kg bags of coconut flour and a wide range of spices All things coconut! Sells high quality organic coconut produce, including coconut oil, coconut chips, coconut flour, coconut milk. Great for buying larger bags of nuts and dried fruits at cheaper prices than you’ll usually find in store When all else fails, check out Amazon for any hard-to-find elusive ingredients. I usually buy my coconut oil from Aamazon, the deals online make it cheaper than buying in shops.
